Two matching wills for a couple. I'll check whether mirror wills alone protect your children.

Keeps what you leave for your children and grandchildren if your partner remarries.
- Lasting Power of Attorney£125 per document
Property and financial affairs, or health and welfare — most people have both. [CONFIRM: OPG registration fee included or paid separately]
- Executor Pack£249
Around 40 pages that tell your executor where everything is and how to deal with it.
- Will storage, lodged with HMCTS£249 one-off
Checked for correct signing and witnessing, then lodged. You get the certificate of deposit. [CONFIRM: per will or per couple]

questions about price
do you charge for travel?
No. The home visit is included anywhere within an hour of Worksop. If you're further out, ask — I'll tell you straight away if there's a cost.
is the price fixed?
Yes. I tell you the price before I start, and that's what you pay. If something turns out to need more work, I'll say so before doing it — never after.
when do I pay?
When I deliver your draft documents — nothing up front. For more complex cases, I take 50% when I start and the rest when the drafts are delivered. I'll tell you which applies before I begin.
do I have to buy everything on the list?
No. Most people need a will and many need LPAs. The Executor Pack and storage are optional. If you don't need something, I'll tell you.
